Tips

We are confident that our LED grow lights will provide you with a spectacular grow, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase after you receive it, please contact us here. We will work with you to resolve any issues and replace you product(s) or refund your purchase within the terms of this policy. We will do our best to get back to you within one business day regarding your issue.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges when returning an item(s).
Request return shipping information before returning any merchandise. Contact us before returning any and all items. Items sent back without authorization may not be refundable.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be: Unused in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it or in like new condition and free of wear.
All parts (i.e. cords, controllers, hangers) must be present when returned.
Return policy
The light can be returned or replaced within 30 days after delivery, in the precondition of non-artificial damage.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and you will be sent a confirmation. At this point, we the refund is out of our hands and we do not have any control over the speed of the refund. To receive your refund for returning a product that you were not satisfied with, send us a copy of the shipping receipt and we will reimburse you via PayPal.
International shipments: If we ship your light to your country and you fail to communicate with the shipping company to arrange receipt of your package, the shipping company will destroy your package and you will not be refunded from us. 1. Is it discreet shipping/package?
-Yes. It is discreet shipping. All our packages are shipped with plastic foam to stuck the light and keep it safe; and without any labels “grow lights”, “grow tents” or brand name mentioned on the packages.
2. I got the old version light, and now I want a dimmer box and daisy chain, how can I do it?
-The old version and the new version are very different in internal structure, so it can’t just add a dimmer knob to realize the functions. Now only our TSW2000 & TSL2000 can have this function by replacing it with a new driver. The whole driver set would cost 100-150 USD. So we would not recommend customers to buy it.
3. Could I add a blurple/red/HID light side by side mars hydro led light?
-Yes, this is helpful if you want more blue/red lights.
4. I have a business plan, where can I contact you guys?

5. Is the light comes with UK Plug? and is the product safe?
-Yes, Discreet packaging with UK Plug.
-There is no need to worry about safety. We are an 11 year old plant light brand. We have obtained several international certifications. Safety USE ETL/UL/CE/RoHS Certification.

Very early days yet, as we have only just received the SP150. First, the light was well packaged, with a neatly cut piece of plywood included to make sure the light doesn't get bent at any point whilst in transit, good attention to detail. Second, it is all metal construction and neatly put together so it certainly looks and feels like a well engineered piece of kit which should have a very long service life. And third, it is mind-bendingly bright - you really don't want to look directly into it, it will hurt! We are using it in a glasshouse to boost winter light levels, and lengthen the day, in particular to bring on seedlings rapidly ready for potting up in early spring. Hanging about 600mm above the staging it produced a reading of 33,000 lux directly under the light (actually might be more but the light meter app on the smart 'phone refuses to read any higher), fading to the edge of the staging (125cm total width, so 625mm side to side) to 9000 lux. Measuring along the length of the light, we got a reading of about 8000 lux measured 75cm from the centre of the light- in other words 1.5metres in total , measure lengthwise - all the readings taken well after sunset, so no natural light at all. So whilst the specification states a maximum coverage of 2ft by 2ft, I think it is probably more effective than that especially with plants species that do not need full intensity light (1.5m x 1.25m = 1.9 sq. metres with a minimum of 8000lux) . Incidentally, the amount of natural light in the glasshouse today (January, in the UK, overcast sky: 2000 lux - in other words this light is giving the plants on the staging a massive uplift in available light. Time will tell how much additional growth we'll get, but first impressions are very favourable, I'd be happy to buy another one, or recommend it to a friend. And this is the baby of the SP range!!
